Compensation: $47-455/hr.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00-5:00 (Onsite)

About the Role:
We're seeking a dynamic
Recruiting Supervisor
to lead recruiting operations and drive strategic hiring initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams. You'll oversee a team of recruiters, manage full-cycle hiring processes, and collaborate with leadership to meet workforce goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the recruiting team to ensure timely and effective hiring practices. Develop and implement recruiting strategies aligned with business needs. Manage job postings, advertising budgets, and vendor relationships. Oversee relocation processes and ensure policy compliance. Maintain accurate reporting across recruiting trackers and systems (WMM, ERP). Ensure hiring practices comply with federal/state laws and internal policies. Analyze recruiting metrics to improve performance and candidate experience. Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs and maintain headcount accuracy. Create and update SOPs for recruiting processes and training programs. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's or certifications like PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP preferred). 2-4 years of progressive recruiting experience, ideally in a corporate or manufacturing setting. Strong understanding of employment law, compliance, and recruiting best practices. Experience with ERP systems and intermediate proficiency in MS Office.
