We are seeking dynamic and driven Sr. Quality Engineer .The Sr Quality Inspector shall be skilled in quality assurance techniques utilized in the manufacturing of micromachined components. The Sr Quality Inspector provides inspection support for in-process, final and incoming inspection of contract manufacturing materials. Inspection processes include visual and dimensional inspection on product, recording of inspection data, and review of manufacturing and supplier documentation. Other activities may include parts measurement, supporting the corrective action process, and other Quality System activities as required.

Responsibilities

Perform inspection and record data as defined Assist in the training of Production Personnel on inspection and data recording tasks Participation in Corrective Action, Process, or inspection improvement activities Review and approval of final documentation packages Conducting incoming inspection of raw material Working on continual improvement projects as assigned Assisting with new process development inspections Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications

Medical Device Manufacturing background preferred. Familiarity with ISO and FDA Compliance desirable. Good verbal and written communication skills preferred. Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience in a Quality Control role. Experience with measurement equipment and microscope use. Physical Demands

Light factory work, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Compensation

The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $23.00 - $27.00/hr. Our company policy is that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must already be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
