Senior Business Development Manager role at CAES by Honeywell. This full-time position is based in the Philadelphia Suburban Campus (Lansdale, PA) with up to 50% travel. CAES has multiple East Coast offices and offers hybrid flexibility on office location. The Mission Systems line of business is recruiting to develop and win new business with top-tier Defense Primes, with priority focus on the military electronic warfare market segments. This role reports to the Sr Director of Business Development & Strategy for the Mission Systems line of business. CAES by Honeywell engineers solutions for defense and aerospace markets. Own orders generation, forecasts, and development and execution of capture strategy for assigned market areas. Target pursuits where existing CAES solutions add value and pursue opportunities where IR&D and CAES design capabilities apply. Partner with Engineering to ensure technology roadmaps align with customer needs, requirements, and investments. Represent growth initiatives across functions in a matrix organization to achieve positive business results. Establish and maintain positive relationships with industry primes and understand their business goals. Core Competencies

Minimum
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business-related field Eight (8) years of experience leading multi-discipline teams delivering growth Eight (8) years experience with defense electronics design & manufacturing, market/customer acumen, and EW product/tech expertise US export laws eligibility (This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware controlled by US export laws; you must be a “US Person” or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license) Active DoD/Secret clearance with ability to obtain DoD/Top Secret clearance Preferred
Master’s Degree in Engineering or Business-related field Thirteen (13) years direct BD leadership experience in electronic warfare/radar markets (airborne, ship-based, terrestrial), including electronic attach, protection, and support Experience with Tier 1 and Tier 2 U.S. defense contractors Track record of enabling BD success across a product portfolio and pipeline Experience driving results in a matrix organization; strong technical and programmatic acumen Direct experience with RF/microwave components, assemblies, and subsystems design & manufacture Experience with RF/microwave IC assembly (chip-and-wire, SMT, flip chip) Program management or engineering experience in related military EW program segments Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: Business Development Manager IV - $118,701.65 - 178,052.48; Business Development Manager V - $157,388.19 - 243,600.83. Applicable pay may vary by location, function, education, and experience. CAES provides health, life and disability insurance, 401K, paid holidays and vacation.
