Join EY as an SAP - Production Planning - PP - Manager - Consulting professional. Our team is looking for an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Manufacturing within the Core Supply Chain capability.
We are seeking a skilled individual to collaborate with clients and internal teams, leveraging expertise in SAP technology to drive improved outcomes and sustainable results. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams and managing change effectively, with strong analytical skills to develop solutions to complex problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions. Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives. Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure. Lead and design workshops in the manufacturing space, gathering requirements and recommending S/4 HANA best practices to implement tailored solutions in clients’ SAP environments. Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore team members, ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to implementation schedules. Exhibit strong functional expertise in SAP Manufacturing, complemented by robust business acumen. Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams. Provide exceptional client service by tracking project milestones, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding progress and results. Cultivate and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels. Skills And Attributes For Success:
Strong analytical skills to develop solutions to complex problems. Proven ability to manage engagement economics and resource planning. Experience in leading teams and managing change effectively. Ability to identify opportunities for additional services and lead specific RFP responses. Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree). Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience within the manufacturing business area. A minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or SAP S/4 HANA, particularly in the Production Planning (PP) module. A proven track record of leading teams to delivery project deliverable within critical deadlines. Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members in the manufacturing space. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. What We Offer:
