Director, Finance Transformation (Industrial Manufacturing) at KPMG US. Responsibilities

Lead multiple client service delivery teams in the active execution of engagements in compliance with firm and practice unit service delivery standards Utilize technical and financial operations and transformation knowledge to identify complex client issues; broaden client relationships and develop a reputation as a thought leader Conduct and support business development activities including identification, proposal development, and pursuit activities with current and new clients, while coordinating with resources from other service lines Help lead advisory teams in solving complex strategic and tactical problems requiring strong quantitative analysis skills Build long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement delivery and professional networking Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital, including articles, whitepapers, and training efforts Qualifications

Minimum ten years of relevant experience managing systems and product implementations with teams of eight or more in a consulting environment; ERP Financials, Procurement and/or Cloud ERP implementations (Oracle, Blackline, Trintech, OneStream) experience preferred Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or equivalent; MBA and CPA or equivalent advanced credential preferred Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices Progressive experience leading teams, mentoring staff, evaluating performance, and providing feedback Ability to travel as required Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future KPMG complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity laws.
