Commercial Litigation Senior Associate
with
four to seven years
of experience preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience with all phases of complex commercial litigation, including conducting factual investigations and discovery, preparing pleadings, taking depositions, arguing motions, participating in mediation, and communicating with clients. The candidate must have an excellent academic record, superb writing skills, strong interpersonal skills, superior judgment, and the ability to effectively handle multiple projects. Judicial clerkship experience with a federal court is preferred but not required. Candidates must have a Texas bar license or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible. We look for proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial individuals with varied backgrounds, interests, and experience for a diverse candidate pool.
