We are looking for a data-driven Integrated Marketing Manager ready to apply their expertise in marketing planning and execution. You'll lead the development and execution of data driven multi-channel campaigns to drive growth in brand awareness and generate sales leads. You'll leverage your experience in marketing planning, data analysis, and content creation to craft compelling customer experiences across touchpoints. In this fast-paced environment, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact and grow your career alongside a passionate team. You will have a track record for developing, managing, and reporting on marketing campaigns and offering marketing solutions to stakeholders across solutions/products to meet revenue goals. In addition, you will exhibit a deep understanding of markets and customers to lead go-to-market activity for a business unit solution area and demonstrate excellent leadership and project management skills. The Integrated Marketing Manager will lead and execute marketing campaigns. You will be working with a group of accomplished high-level professionals to deepen your knowledge and skills with an expanding breadth of projects. You will apply your talent in communicating the value of Verisk solutions and enjoy collaborating and building relationships with colleagues and clients. This role will be Hybrid 2x a week in office, at our Jersey City, NJ location. Responsibilities
Market & Competitive Intelligence: Lead detailed market and competitor research to help guide important business decisions. Turn data and insights into clear recommendations that support product plans, marketing strategies, and long-term growth. Solution & Product Marketing: Guide product positioning by analyzing market situations and turning insights into clear messages that highlight product value. Work with product teams to develop plans that connect products to customer needs and market opportunities. Customer Journey: Lead improvements to the customer journey by looking at all key touchpoints and finding ways to make the experience better. Keep buyer personas accurate and easy to use, and complete brand assessments using customer and market feedback to guide business actions. Marketing Strategy: Develop and lead multi-channel marketing strategies that define target markets, set measurable goals, and guide execution across campaigns. Manage budgets, track results, and adjust the mix of channels and tactics based on performance data to maximize impact. Messaging & Positioning: Create and lead messaging strategies that connect with customers across digital, social, and event channels. Build campaign briefs and messaging guides, develop product-level messaging, and adapt content so it resonates with different audiences and works across multiple formats. Sales Enablement: Develop and deliver sales enablement strategies that align with buyer needs and go-to-market priorities. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product and key Marketing stakeholders to deliver compelling sales aids and consistent tradeshow experiences to create and advance sales pipeline opportunities. Campaign Development: Manage end-to-end campaign development, from planning through performance tracking and post-campaign analysis. Lead the creation of integrated marketing campaigns across channels, maintain the messaging calendar, and work with product, sales, and analytics teams to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities. Marketing Analytics: Measure campaign performance, ROI, and overall impact. Define key marketing metrics, build reports, and evaluate outcomes after campaigns and events to provide insights that guide future strategy. Thought Leader: Drive the development and execution of thought leadership programs that align with brand strategy, market trends, and audience needs. Lead the creation of content briefs and messaging frameworks, working with subject matter experts and creative teams to produce impactful content that strengthens brand visibility and credibility across channels. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 8+ years of strategic marketing and/or integrated marketing management experience. Extensive knowledge of marketing strategy across multiple channels. Proven track record of leveraging customer, market, and competitive insights to inform marketing decisions. Clear understanding of the modern marketing landscape, including digital marketing, demand generation, personalization, sales enablement/effectiveness, attribution reporting, and campaign management. Strong writing skills for marketing materials and experience in annual planning documents and other marketing deliverables. Successful track record of cross-functional collaboration with teams, contributors, and stakeholders across various seniority levels. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and business problem-solving skills. Data-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to define and measure metrics to assess the impact of marketing efforts. Ability to rapidly prioritize and respond to changing business needs and external market dynamics. Ability to successfully operate in a hybrid work environment with in-office expectations of two days per week. Skills
