B2B Integrated Marketing Manager (Finance)
Persistent Systems, LLC, a leading defense tech company providing mobile networking solutions for military, first responder, government, and commercial markets, is seeking a dynamic Marketing expert to design and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, events, and partnership channels. This position requires a holistic operator who can bridge strategy and execution while elevating brand awareness, growth marketing, analytics, and campaign performance.
The B2B Integrated Marketing Manager will oversee end-to-end events and vendor management, ensuring flawless execution of high-stakes tradeshows, digital campaigns, and government-facing messaging. Operating within a small team, this role is multi-disciplinary requiring cross-department collaboration with Sales, Product, and Operations while balancing tactical campaign execution with strategic revenue growth and long-term business objectives.
Responsibilities
Event & Partnership Management: Execute trade show, conference, webinar, and sponsorship efforts; oversee event software and vendor relationships to maximize market reach
Digital Platforms & Technology: Manage the marketing technology stack (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.), streamline processes, and partner with IT/vendors to ensure scalable, compliant, and integrated systems
Campaign Execution: Plan and deliver targeted campaigns for government agencies, defense contractors, and industry partners through digital, content, and web initiatives
Integrated Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, email, content, social, print) to build brand awareness, generate leads, and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints
Growth Marketing & Analytics: Drive growth across multiple verticals by analyzing performance, optimizing funnels, and refining campaigns. Define and track KPIs to guide strategy and improve ROI
Cross Department Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and internal teams to align marketing with revenue goals, customer needs, and market trends
Content & Creative Direction: Oversee creation of marketing collateral, presentations, and digital assets, ensuring a consistent brand voice across campaigns and channels
Qualifications & Experience Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or equivalent field
Demonstrated experience in integrated marketing techniques and portfolio of work
Proven track record in developing and executing channel marketing initiatives and B2B marketing campaigns across multiple verticals
Defense Industry Experience a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical, data-driven mindset
Strong familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, SEO, and data analytics tools
The base pay for this role can vary from $125,000 to $156,000 a year based on individual qualifications. Eligibility for yearly discretionary bonus.
