We’re looking for a Senior Accountant who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to take ownership of the financial operations for an assigned region. Own Regional Contracts: Develop a deep understanding of customer revenue agreements, ensuring billing accuracy, compliance, and proper accounting under GAAP. Analyze & Advise: Review month-end inventory, revenue reports, and invoices—providing insights on variances and escalating issues as needed. Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Operations and Business Development to resolve discrepancies, support budget vs. actual reviews, and ensure smooth financial close cycles. Deliver Results: Review and prepare financial statements, annual budgets, reconciliations, and journal entries with precision and accuracy. Support Big Picture Goals: Assist with audits, SOX compliance, process improvements, and ad-hoc projects that shape the company’s financial strategy. What We’re Looking For in Senior Accountant Candidates Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration 4+ years of professional accounting experience (CPA is a plus) Strong grasp of GAAP, including ASC 606 and ASC 842 Confident, proactive, and adaptable with strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is a plus What Sets You Apart You take ownership of your work and thrive on delivering accurate results under deadlines You’re a natural problem solver who doesn’t shy away from digging into details You enjoy mentoring and guiding others while still being hands-on You’re assertive, collaborative, and confident in partnering with all levels of the business If you’re looking for a Senior Accountant role where you’ll be challenged, supported, and given the opportunity to grow, this could be the perfect fit.
