Own Regional Contracts: Develop a deep understanding of customer revenue agreements, ensuring billing accuracy, compliance, and proper accounting under GAAP. Analyze & Advise: Review month-end inventory, revenue reports, and invoices—providing insights on variances and escalating issues as needed. Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Operations and Business Development to resolve discrepancies, support budget vs. actual reviews, and ensure smooth financial close cycles. Deliver Results: Review and prepare financial statements, annual budgets, reconciliations, and journal entries with precision and accuracy. Support Big Picture Goals: Assist with audits, SOX compliance, process improvements, and ad-hoc projects that shape the company’s financial strategy.
