General ledger close and financial consolidation, including monitoring sales margins, processing sales taxes, inventory management, and monthly financial statement closing. Accounting reconciliation of general ledger and subsidiary ledgers, with recommendations on reserves, assets, and expenditures. Monitoring, reconciling, researching, and reporting on key financial areas such as fixed assets, inventory, cash management, intercompany reconciliations, and key accounts. Managing warranty accounting, preparing cost analysis, assisting with external audits and financial reporting, and reconciling bank statements. Performing research and submitting recommendations for process improvements in accounting operations. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or related experience. At least 3 years of general accounting experience. Proficiency in writing reports and communication across all organizational levels. Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages. Understanding of GAAP principles. Familiarity with accounting software. The salary range for this role is between $65,000 and $85,000, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
