Overview
Senior Manager, Business Intelligence (BI Lead PT) role at Doctronic Inc. This role owns the strategy, execution, and evolution of our analytics, measurement, integrations, and automation stack. It sits at the intersection of data engineering, marketing analytics, and business intelligence, enabling scalable insights and automated workflows across the organization. The ideal candidate is hands-on with BI tools, skilled in integrations and automation, and experienced in designing systems that connect disparate data sources into a reliable, actionable source of truth. You will partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, and operations leaders to ensure measurement fidelity, accelerate reporting, and unlock operational leverage. Responsibilities
Own the design, development, and maintenance of BI dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics tools. Partner with stakeholders to define key business metrics, ensuring consistent and accurate measurement across teams. Translate complex data into actionable insights for executives and functional leaders. Lead the development of standardized measurement frameworks for marketing, product, and revenue initiatives. Establish attribution models, experimentation methodologies, and multi-touch measurement best practices. Ensure compliance with privacy, HIPAA, and SOC-2 standards where applicable. Own end-to-end integrations between platforms (e.g., GTM, GA4, Freshpaint, CRM, ESP, paid media platforms, data warehouse). Partner with engineering to optimize ETL/ELT pipelines, ensuring data quality, completeness, and governance. Build and maintain data schemas that support scaling growth initiatives. Identify opportunities for workflow automation across marketing, reporting, and data operations. Implement no-code and low-code automation solutions (Zapier, Make, Airflow, custom scripts). Create processes and systems that reduce manual overhead while increasing accuracy and reliability. Act as the point of contact for BI and measurement requests across marketing, growth, and executive teams. Partner with data engineers and product managers to ensure BI priorities align with company OKRs. Mentor and develop junior analysts and BI contributors. Develop clear and trusted measurement frameworks adopted across marketing, product, and operations. Deliver unified, accurate BI dashboards that enable executives to make faster, smarter decisions. Reduce manual reporting through automation and scalable integrations. Proactively drive insights from BI rather than solely reporting. Qualifications
610+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Strategy, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role. Deep expertise with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Mode) and SQL. Strong understanding of marketing measurement, attribution, and digital analytics (GA4, server-side GTM, paid media integrations). Proven experience building and scaling integrations across SaaS tools, marketing platforms, and data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift). Experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, Airflow) and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) a plus. Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Compensation
