HubSpot Sales Engineer & RevOps Architect We’re looking for a HubSpot Sales Engineer & Revenue Operations Architect — someone who can serve as the CTO of our CRM and revenue systems. This role is perfect for a technical builder who thrives on automating workflows, creating data-driven insights, and scaling a company’s growth engine through HubSpot, integrations, analytics, and AI.

About The Role

You’ll own the design, build, and optimization of our HubSpot ecosystem — spanning Sales, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Operations. This includes building workflows, dashboards, integrations, and landing pages, as well as extracting and analyzing data to drive revenue decisions. You’ll also bring an AI-first, analytics-driven mindset, using automation, forecasting, and machine learning tools to streamline processes and optimize business performance.

This is a remote, high-impact role where you’ll collaborate directly with leadership and act as the go-to expert for CRM, analytics, and RevOps strategy.

Key Responsibilities

HubSpot Architecture

Build and optimize pipelines, workflows, custom objects, dashboards, and automations.

Ensure seamless handoffs across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Investor Relations.

Analytics & Insights

Build revenue attribution models, forecasting tools, and performance scorecards.

Use SQL, Python, and BI tools to extract and analyze HubSpot and sales data.

Deliver insights that guide strategy, resource allocation, and capital raising.

Web & CMS

Develop HubSpot-hosted pages, forms, and portals that connect directly to CRM workflows.

Customize website and landing pages for lead capture and conversion optimization.

Integrations

Connect HubSpot with third-party systems (Juniper Square, Outlook, Teams, Dynamics, Power BI, Zapier/Make, custom APIs).

Own API integration strategy to unify data across platforms.

AI & Automation

Leverage AI to enhance lead scoring, pipeline insights, personalization, and workflow optimization.

Build scalable automations that reduce manual work and accelerate growth.

RevOps Strategy

Partner with leadership to design scalable processes that align Marketing, Sales, and Operations.

Act as the technical & strategic owner of RevOps infrastructure.

Qualifications

HubSpot Expertise

: Deep experience configuring HubSpot CRM, CMS, custom objects, workflows, and integrations.

Technical Skills

:

Python – automation, ETL, AI workflows.

SQL – querying and structuring data for analytics.

JavaScript, HTML, CSS – HubSpot CMS and page customization.

APIs – building and managing integrations.

Analytics Strength

: Experience in forecasting, revenue attribution, and BI reporting.

AI Proficiency

: Familiarity with HubSpot AI, prompt engineering, and external AI APIs.

RevOps Knowledge

: Strong understanding of sales funnels, pipeline management, and GTM alignment.

Builder Mentality

: You don’t just manage HubSpot — you engineer it as a growth engine.

Nice to Have

Experience with Juniper Square, Microsoft Dynamics, or Power BI.

Background in financial services, real estate, or capital markets.

Prior role in analytics-driven RevOps leadership.
