We are seeking a visionary Innovation Architect to lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. This role blends strategic enterprise architecture, innovation leadership, and project management to modernize systems, drive operational efficiency, and unlock new business capabilities.

Innovation Architect
Description:
Innovation & Strategy:
Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation across business units. Collaborate with executive leadership to shape digital transformation roadmaps aligned with mission outcomes. Facilitate ideation workshops and innovation sprints to prototype and validate new concepts. Enterprise Architecture:
Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, including current-state modeling, target-state architecture, and IT system roadmaps. Ensure alignment with internal governance standards and industry best practices. Lead architecture reviews and contribute to enterprise modernization efforts. Digital Transformation:
Architect and implement scalable digital platforms, including cloud-based ecosystems and microservices. Conduct gap analyses of legacy systems and recommend modernization strategies. Support initiatives such as technology modernization and data transformation programs. Project & Program Management:
Lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of strategic projects, from planning to execution and evaluation. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and stakeholder communications. Ensure alignment between project deliverables and enterprise architecture standards. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, innovation leadership, and project management. Proven track record of leading complex transformation initiatives in enterprise environments. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), DevOps, cybersecurity, and IT governance. Innovation in education, health, labor, and/or housing experience. Preferred Skills:
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with agile methodologies and Kanban maturity models. Familiarity with enterprise modernization frameworks and digital transformation best practices.
