Primary Responsibilities
Foster a service-oriented culture that exceeds customer expectations and builds lasting relationships. Accurately process all incoming and outgoing inventory. Verify that all merchandise deliveries meet company standards. Prepare merchandise for the sales floor, ensuring compliance with ticketing and signage guidelines. Apply EAS tags to merchandise according to Loss Prevention protocols. Timely and accurately input all freight information into the system. Efficiently execute RTVs, orders, transfers, re-tickets, or markdowns per company policies. Achieve productivity targets through high units per hour (UPH) performance. Maintain a clean and organized stock room in accordance with company and state guidelines. Follow all local, federal, and state laws, along with company policies and practices. Complete additional tasks as assigned by management. Demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork with customers, colleagues, corporate partners, and vendors.
