Your key responsibilities will include: Creating a service-oriented culture by building strong customer relationships. Accurately processing incoming and outgoing inventory. Verifying that all merchandise deliveries meet Boot Barn’s quality standards. Preparing merchandise for the sales floor, ensuring compliance with ticketing and signage guidelines. Placing EAS tags on merchandise in accordance with Loss Prevention protocols. Timely and accurate entry of freight information into systems. Efficiently executing all RTVs, orders, transfers, re-tickets, and markdowns per company policies. Maintaining a productive environment by meeting units per hour (UPH) targets. Keeping the stock room neat, organized and compliant with company and state guidelines. Adhering to all local, federal, and state laws, along with company policies. Upholding a high level of professionalism in communication and teamwork with customers, teammates, and partners.
