Senior Benefit Analyst

The Senior Benefit Analyst researches, analyzes, evaluates and administers Menasha Corporation health & welfare benefit plans and programs. This position also analyzes current benefits trends to estimate impact on organization and tracks applicable benefits legislation. The Senior Analyst also assists the Benefits Manager in executing ongoing strategic initiatives. The following duties are normal for this position. The incumbent may perform some or all these duties; however, it is not an exclusive or all-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned. Perform the overall administration of Menasha Corporation H&W Benefit Plans Recommend changes or modifications to existing benefit programs Lead design and implementation of new benefits programs or policies Serve as liaison between the benefits department and third-party administrators (TPA), plant HR staff and employees, providing assistance and problem resolution for benefit plans Administer benefits enrollment and termination process Handles benefits related inquiries from internal customers Coordinate and carry out all plan compliance related work Utilize advanced excel abilities to conduct plan analysis, audits, adjustments, and reporting Work with TPA on plan documents and employee notices/education Participate in area and industry surveys Administer all benefit plan funding and file exchanges Keep current in all aspects of Human Resources through formal and informal training, participation in local and national professional organizations, continues learning and reading, and general professional curiosity Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other relevant fields Minimum of 5 years' experience with benefit plans Strong communication skills Knowledge of benefit plan programs, processes, issues and considerations Ability to implement benefit plan programs Knowledge of federal, state and local laws affecting benefit plan practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks Proven record of excelling in detail-oriented work Ability to solve problems independently and ask questions as appropriate Primarily works in an office environment Occasional travel Menasha Corporation consists of two companies that are leading the way to a sustainable future with packaging and supply chain solutions.
