This position is responsible for the ongoing support, optimization, and maintenance of UVA Healths Epic MyChart and EpicCare Link applications. The analyst ensures a seamless digital experience for patients, providers, and community partners by configuring and enhancing workflows that support patient access, engagement, and care coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
Designing and implementing new MyChart features (e.g., e-Visits, appointment scheduling, proxy access).
Managing EpicCare Link access and onboarding for external organizations.
Troubleshooting issues and collaborating with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to improve system usability and performance.
Enabling secure communication, efficient data sharing, and user-friendly interfaces that extend UVA Healths digital reach across its care network.
Additional responsibilities involve:
Coordination and performance of analysis, design, development, testing, validation, and implementation of EMR screens used by clinicians.
Supporting clinical computer applications that assist in managing and processing clinical information and healthcare delivery.
Providing ongoing support to end-users of the EMR system.
Formulating and defining system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems.
Other duties as assigned.
Position Compensation Range: $43.04 - $68.86 Hourly
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
