About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Vice President of Customer Retention to lead and innovate a comprehensive strategy focused on retaining our valued customers. The ideal candidate will drive the enhancement of retention channels, boost customer lifetime value, and cultivate loyalty through impactful programs such as CRM, lifecycle marketing, and post-purchase experiences. This pivotal role requires a passionate leader dedicated to building a world-class retention framework and establishing KPIs to evaluate the success of our retention and loyalty initiatives.
Collaboration with various teams will be crucial as you design and implement successful, on-brand campaigns that inspire repeat purchases. To thrive in this position, you should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or customer retention, with at least 3 years in a senior role. Extensive experience with DTC/eCommerce brands, especially in consumer goods, footwear, or apparel, is necessary. A strong record of building and scaling retention programs, demonstrating measurable LTV growth at the cohort level, and possessing excellent analytical skills to shape strategic decisions are essential attributes for success.
