The ideal candidate will drive the enhancement of retention channels, boost customer lifetime value, and cultivate loyalty through impactful programs such as CRM, lifecycle marketing, and post-purchase experiences. This pivotal role requires a passionate leader dedicated to building a world-class retention framework and establishing KPIs to evaluate the success of our retention and loyalty initiatives. Collaboration with various teams will be crucial as you design and implement successful, on-brand campaigns that inspire repeat purchases. To thrive in this position, you should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or customer retention, with at least 3 years in a senior role. Extensive experience with DTC/eCommerce brands, especially in consumer goods, footwear, or apparel, is necessary. A strong record of building and scaling retention programs, demonstrating measurable LTV growth at the cohort level, and possessing excellent analytical skills to shape strategic decisions are essential attributes for success.
