Position Opportunity

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Export and Customer Service Coordinator. In this position, you will manage customer orders, coordinate shipments, ensure compliance with export regulations, and serve as the primary liaison between sales, logistics providers, and customers. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, customer service experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and MAS

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Receive order requests from customers and provide initial feedback within the given timeline.

Provide product availability timelines.

Ensure product availability meets product allocations for the given region.

Execute shipment booking with freight forwarders and process orders in a timely manner.

Monitor the status of orders to ensure accuracy of documentation.

Prepare shipping documentation according to country and contract requirements.

Coordinate with transportation teams to arrange delivery in compliance with country shipping protocols.

Ensure transit lanes meet all country regulations.

Track shipments through to delivery at the destination.

Documentation and Compliance

Prepare and manage all necessary export documentation, including bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.

Coordination and Communication

Act as a liaison between the sales team, logistics providers, and customers.

Provide regular updates to management on the status of ongoing trades and any issues encountered.

Communication

Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.

Address customer questions and concerns in a timely manner.

Serve as a liaison between the customer and AFI Global.

Clearly communicate requests to ensure quick resolutions.

Update customers on the status of make-to-order shipments.

Provide updates when timelines change.

Qualifications

Education/Training/Certifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Related Experience :

Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.

Experience with exporting regulated products preferred.

Knowledge/Skills Experience :

Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and MAS.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Travel Requirements:

Minimal travel may be required.
