Our temperature-controlled distribution center ranges from 30 degrees in coolers to as low as -20 degrees in freezers. Selected team members will handle lifting products between 50-100 lbs and operate powered equipment like forklifts and reach trucks. Currently hiring for: FT Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday from 8 am until work is finished. Compensation:

Starting pay at $22.00/hr, plus performance-based productivity pay! Key Responsibilities: Efficiently select damage-free products for building pallets according to customer specifications, ensuring labels face out and arrows face up Verify products against pick tickets and case labels, submitting complete and accurate paperwork Maintain productivity levels at 100% standard Achieve accuracy levels at 99.9% standard Inspect pallets and exchange damaged ones as necessary Report damage and inventory discrepancies to supervisors Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of dock and facility areas Wrap and stack pallets safely for transport to storage Safely operate Material Handling Equipment after training Comply with all food safety and housekeeping standards Exhibit regular and consistent attendance Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; college coursework or comparable experience is a plus Prior warehouse experience preferred Experience with Material Handling Equipment is advantageous Able to handle and prioritize tasks from multiple sources Strong accuracy and attention to detail Basic math skills for verifying pallet counts and ID numbers Ability to follow directions using headset selection systems Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Environmental Job Conditions: Independently lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally Stand, walk, bend, and squat on a frequent basis in a refrigerated warehouse Grasp, reach, push, or pull items such as boxes and hand trucks regularly Build pallets up to 6 feet tall with up to 50-pound case weights Endure a continuous, fast-paced work environment Work in fluctuating temperatures, including freezing conditions down to -20 degrees Fahrenheit Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for safety Be prepared to work with products that may contain allergens Utilize equipment safely and accurately after training In accordance with Pay Transparency requirements, please note that the starting pay for this position is $22.00 per hour.
