CoVantage Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Mortgage Processor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and verifying loan applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with lending regulations. You will work closely with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to facilitate a smooth and timely mortgage approval process. This position is open to sit in our Antigo, Wausau, DePere, and Neenah branches.

Job Duties:
Communicates with title companies, appraisers, realtors, members, and mortgage staff to obtain needed information and order outside services as needed
Completes mortgage verification forms, HMDA records, approve settlement statements, and payoff statements as needed
Prepares subordinations, satisfactions, and partial releases as assigned
Reviews files for completeness and accuracy before moving to Mortgage Servicing for storage in Optical
Assists the Mortgage Servicers in the ongoing collection and documentation of data for the annual HMDA Reporting to NCUA
Cross-sells credit union products and services when appropriate in order to maximize the number of services utilized by each member
Maintains the confidentiality of member, employee, and credit union information
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior mortgage experience is preferred
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows programs
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people
Strong attention to detail, while working accurately under pressure
Must be bondable
