Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team at

our New York Headquarters. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent while providing expertise on employment visa processes, including J-1 and H-1B

visas.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various positions.

● Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.

● Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.

● Provide guidance and support on employment visa processes (e.g., J-1, H-1B), including document preparation and compliance.

● Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, job boards, and professional platforms.

● Organize and conduct onboarding sessions to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

● Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize hiring processes.

● Stay updated on labor market trends and immigration policies to ensure compliance and strategic advantage.

● Establish and maintain relationships with U.S.-based branch offices of Korean companies (지상사) to enhance collaboration and service offerings.

● Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients or partners.

● Special consideration will be given to candidates with experience in counseling K-Move applicants or preparing proposals for K-Move programs.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

● Must speak Korean Language

● 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or a related field is plus

● Strong understanding of employment visa processes (e.g., J-1, H-1B, E-2, TN visa).

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

● Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software tools.

● Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

● Familiarity with labor laws and recruitment best practices in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience in the same or a related industry is preferred.

● HR-related certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.

● Prior experience in an HR role within a multicultural or international business setting.

● Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

● Candidates currently in the U.S. on OPT or seeking J-1 visa transfer are encouraged to apply.
