Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented ISSO Administrator with hands-on experience in Active Directory to join our client's fast-paced security operations team. This role supports AD operations and ticket-based workflows, with the opportunity to be mentored by a long-term team member and grow into an Active Directory Engineer role. Key Responsibilities: Support in the areas of electronic mail, account creation and maintenance, standard desktop applications, and above baseline COTS and GOTS applications. Triage and troubleshoot incoming issues and work with other teams as needed to identify root cause and resolution. Ensure tickets are addressed within identified SLAs and in alignment with ITIL best practices. Ensure all actions are professionally and thoroughly documented within the ticketing system ServiceNow. Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation and SOPs. Work with project teams, which include but are not limited to, CyberArk, Active Directory and Identity Access Management. Provision/Deprovision access to many different AD environments. Success in this role means you can secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the Active Directory environment across various Active Directory forests. Perform regular security assessments, and remediation activities related to AD. Responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance such as SOX and CIP.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years of hands-on experience with Active Directory in multi-forest environments Experience managing: NTFS (New Technology File System) folder permissions and DFS (Distributed File System) shares Exchange Admin Center (EAC): mailbox creation, distribution lists, shared mailboxes TLS (Transport Layer Security) certificate lifecycle (Venafi TPP experience is a plus) Basic SQL knowledge, especially around service account permissions ServiceNow ticketing system experience PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting Strong documentation skills (ticket notes, SOPs, process tracking) High attention to detail - working in a critical infrastructure environment with SOX and CIP compliance

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

SailPoint IIQ (IAM) Linux experience Education in IT or related field Extroverted/outgoing personality - collaborative, open to feedback
