Inventory Coordinator . This is a hands-on role that bridges operations, production, and inventory management to keep sales orders moving seamlessly from design to delivery. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong organizational skills, and are eager to learn the intricacies of jewelry production, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow within a dynamic company.
Inventory Coordinator Responsibilities:
Convert sales orders into purchase orders and local job requests to initiate production
Determine the best production channel based on cost, product type, and timelines
Coordinate CAD design modifications and approvals between customers and design teams
Track vendor communications to resolve production issues quickly
Prepare and deliver job bags to local vendors and oversee their timely return
Maintain and update production schedules to meet deadlines
Verify product specifications and assist with quality control
Record accurate costs and process vendor invoices
Prepare products for sale, labeling, and inventory entry
Support quarterly inventory counts, product returns, and stock replenishment Inventory Coordinator Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Dynamics 365 a plus
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up abilities
Independent self-starter with collaborative mindset
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Flexible, with willingness to take on a variety of office duties
Compensation
is between $25.00 - $30.00 an hour, depending on experience.
