Inventory Planning Manager
for a leading textile company in the northern suburbs of Chicago. This is a dynamic role that bridges creativity and analytics, ensuring the right products reach customers at the right time, in the right quantities. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and can lead cross-functional teams to deliver results.
Inventory Planning Manager Responsibilities:
Drive demand planning and forecast accuracy to support inventory management
Manage replenishment and production order placement with factories
Oversee logistics and supply chain to ensure on-time delivery
Create and maintain weekly inventory and trend reports
Track and report forecast accuracy, trend analysis, and line planning statistics
Partner with sales and clients to improve forecast reliability
Lead product lifecycle management from ideation through commercialization
Ensure product accuracy across digital platforms, including website updates Inventory Planning Manager Requirements:
5+ years of experience in the demand, supply, or inventory planning
Experience in retail or apparel a plus
Bachelor's degree in planning, business management, or related field strongly preferred
