Although this role has a generally standard Monday-Friday schedule, work is sometimes done on an as-needed basis with variable hours and shifts. This may include providing support at multiple locations and, at times, evenings and weekends.

Job Description

This position will coordinate and execute event setups, including preparing event spaces, arranging furniture, staging, and setting up equipment according to event requirements. The coordinator collaborates closely with departments within the Finance and Administration division to meet logistical needs and is responsible for event breakdowns and ensuring spaces are restored to their original condition. This position will provide support in receiving deliveries and ensuring the timely distribution of mail and packages across campus.

Classified: Compensation and Benefits The hiring range for this position is $29,334.00-$39,601.00. Salary will be commensurate with competencies and experience.
