SHIFT: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

We are looking for a Sr Data Analyst. The Senior Data Analyst will play a key role in maximizing the value of the data lake environment to deliver advanced analytics, improve strategic decision-making, and expand access to data across the organization. This role requires expertise in defining, managing, and owning comprehensive business, technical, and functional requirements. A major focus will be analyzing real-time time-series data to support enterprise initiatives and the continued evolution of the Data Lake platform.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and apply automation to boost efficiency.
  • Partner with Data Architects to align data solutions with established design and architecture standards.
  • Manage and maintain transformed data within warehouses, real-time reporting systems, and analytical platforms.
  • Work with complex datasets to uncover trends, generate insights, and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Document and manage requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Source, prepare, and organize data for analytics and visualization in line with business goals.
  • Design, test, and validate data domain updates, reporting solutions, and data quality checks using SQL.
  • Clean, map, transform, and optimize data for storage and analysis, ensuring both technical accuracy and business relevance.
  • Build proof-of-concept prototypes to test and showcase analytical solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 8+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency with Oracle PL/SQL (preferred).
  • Strong background in handling large, complex datasets and big data platforms.
  • Experience with tools such as Microsoft Purview, Snowflake, Qlik, and Tableau.
  • Knowledge of Databricks and data warehouse design, including relational structures.
  • Experience in data architecture, ETL processes, and developing data models.
  • Ability to create and maintain ETL source-to-target mapping documentation.
  • Ability to track and analyze KPIs and financial data to support organizational goals.Hands-on experience building ETL workflows, conducting data profiling, and managing data quality.
  • Flexible and curious, with the ability to learn new tools and methods quickly.
  • Strong analytical skills using Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs).
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Skilled in performance- and security-focused data modeling (partitions, indexing, best practices).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.
  • Proactive and independent, able to manage and deliver projects with minimal oversight.
  • Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
  • Experience validating changes to data domains, reports, and quality routines using SQL.
