PGS Worldwide is actively seeking a skilled
Warehouse Associate
to support a critical project for a leading aerospace and defense manufacturer. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in a high-impact, fast-paced industry that supports mission-critical programs across the nation. This is a six month contract to hire.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment when needed Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working in a team-oriented setting High School Diploma or GED Preferred Skills:
Experience with forklifts or powered industrial trucks Familiarity with inventory systems or computerized tracking Ability to lift and move heavy objects (manually or with a hoist) Position Overview:
The Warehouse Associate will load, unload, move, and store materials in and around the plant or worksite. This hands-on position requires reliability, physical stamina, and attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory and ensure timely support to production.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Load/unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, conveyors, and trucks (by hand or using equipment) Use forklifts, hand trucks, electric dollies, and other devices to convey materials Open containers using hand tools; count, weigh, and sample materials Use computer systems to track, verify, and log inventory data Stack, organize, and assemble materials and supplies Assist machine operators by moving materials as needed
