Join Guidehouse as a Managing Consultant in our dynamic Commercial Financial Services practice. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead and drive key projects, ensuring successful client management and the implementation of effective solutions. You will actively engage with client leadership on a daily basis, facilitating operational meetings and steering project workstreams to success. As a pivotal member of our team, you will develop and deliver high-quality reports and presentations, while mentoring junior consultants to maintain exceptional delivery standards. We prioritize career growth and provide a clearly defined advancement pathway to the Associate Director level, helping you expand your expertise in consulting and deepen your industry knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Lead projects in the banking industry or commercial financial services consulting Create and manage multiple workstreams to effectively respond to client needs Prepare organized reports and presentations tailored for both clients and colleagues Coach and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in banking or commercial financial services consulting 5+ years of expertise in areas such as operational risk, compliance, or banking regulations Bachelor's degree Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with shifting priorities Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Willingness to travel up to 100% as required by client engagements Proficiency in Microsoft Office products Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality outcomes Demonstrated success in leading client service delivery teams Highly motivated with a positive and persuasive attitude Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in management consulting Relevant certifications such as CPA, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP Advanced degree (MBA or MA/MS) in a related field Compensation and Benefits: The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00 - $188,000.00. Compensation will be adjusted based on various factors, including experience and qualifications.
