Brief Description Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP is looking for an associate with between four and seven years of litigation and/or regulatory enforcement experience to join our rapidly growing team. We are looking to expand our DC office with a mid-level to senior litigation associate. Our ideal candidate has significant litigation experience—including drafting stellar work product, overseeing day-to-day aspects of litigations and/or regulatory enforcement matters, and being an effective communicator to both junior associates and partners. Trial and/or arbitration experience is preferred, as is litigation on behalf of or against federal agencies. Excellent legal writing and research skills are required. Manatt’s DC office is both rapidly growing and close-knit. Our DC litigation team works closely with litigators and members of other practice groups in DC and other Manatt offices. We pride ourselves on our stellar work product, our significant victories, and our collaborative approach, in which all voices are heard and out of the box thinking is encouraged. Salary The base annual pay range for this role is between $295,000 - $400,000. The base pay to be offered will vary and depend on skills and qualifications, experience, location and will also take into account internal equity. Additional medical, financial and/or other benefits will be offered dependent on the position.
