Responsibilities:

Sales

Leadership:

Drive

end-to-end sales processes, including pipeline creation, deal closure, and revenue growth for IT services across enterprise accounts. Client Relationship

Management:

Build

and maintain

strong CXO/VP-level relationships

to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and expansion. GTM

Strategy:

Develop

and execute

go-to-market strategies

targeting USA business (NN & EE segments), collaborating with marketing, delivery, and presales teams. Account

Growth:

Identify

opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand services within existing accounts. Collaboration:

Partner

with Delivery, Solution Architects, and Practice Leads to align client needs with organizational capabilities. Reporting &

Forecasting:

Maintain

accurate

sales forecasts, account plans, and business reports

for executive management. Key Skills & Experience:

Experience:

Minimum

10

–15 years

in IT Services sales with hands-on experience in enterprise accounts. Industry Knowledge

:

Deep understanding of

Cloud, Infra & AI/Analytics, ERP, CRM, Security, and Digital services. Client Focus

:

Strong record of

building CXO/VP-level relationships

and driving client success. GTM Expertise

:

Experience developing

USA-focused go-to-market strategies. Background Advantage

:

Prior technical experience as

Solution Architect, Delivery Manager/Director, or SDM transitioned into sales. Communication & Leadership

:

Excellent executive presence, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
