Our client in Elizabethtown is seeking an experienced
Senior HR Generalist
to manage a broad range of HR responsibilities and support a growing team.
Sr. HR Generalist Responsibilities
Manage HRIS and employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Administer benefits programs and serve as liaison with providers.
Oversee leaves of absence, ADA accommodations, and return-to-work processes.
Assist with payroll, compensation reviews, and compliance with wage and hour laws.
Ensure HR policies comply with federal, state, and local laws.
Support employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
Sr. HR Generalist Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience.
HR Certification required (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, payroll, benefits, and employment law.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
This role is a great opportunity for a certified HR professional to take ownership of key HR functions and make a meaningful impact in a collaborative environment. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a full benefits package and salary of 70-80k onsite in Elizabethtown.
