We're partnering with a dynamic and well-established organization with a strong accounting team, currently seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of accounting responsibilities and thrives in a team-focused environment. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in a related field and 1-2 years of accounting experience.
Accounting Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Review and reconcile financial records with accuracy
  • Assist with financial reporting and statement preparation
  • Monitor financial statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records
  • Provide general support across accounting functions as needed
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and other accounting software tools effectively
Accounting Assistant Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with accounting software a plus
  • Adaptable team player with a problem-solving mindset
