We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Consulting Analyst - Quality & Compliance in the Healthcare industry. This exciting role will allow you to use your expertise in Quality Reviews, Regulatory Submission, and Process Improvement to ensure our healthcare services are compliant and of the highest quality. The ideal candidate will be a leader, capable of managing project teams and task forces, and providing training, advice, and guidance to various stakeholders. This role requires an individual who is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about public health and social work.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive Quality Reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency in our healthcare services. 2. Oversee Regulatory Submission processes and ensure they are completed within specified timelines. 3. Lead project teams and task forces focused on quality and compliance initiatives. 4. Implement and monitor process improvement strategies to enhance the quality of our services. 5. Analyze compliance with various regulatory laws, contracts, and privacy laws. 6. Develop and implement Quality Improvement plans based on analysis and trend reports. 7. Conduct regular audits to monitor compliance and identify areas of improvement. 8. Develop and deliver training materials to enhance understanding and compliance among staff. 9. Provide advice and guidance on matters related to quality and compliance. 10. Prepare detailed data reports and present findings to senior management. 11. Stay updated on changes in regulatory laws and ensure our practices are compliant.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Work, or a related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage. 2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry. 3. Proven experience in Quality Reviews, Regulatory Submission, and Process Improvement. 4. Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and task forces. 5. Strong knowledge of regulatory laws, contracts, and privacy laws in the healthcare industry. 6. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and produce detailed reports. 7. Experience in developing and delivering training materials. 8. Strong communication skills with the ability to provide advice and guidance to various stakeholders. 9. Experience in auditing and monitoring compliance. 10. Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency. 11. Passion for public health and social work.
