Job Details
What You'll Do Take ownership of all product and environmental compliance reporting, including: Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) programs WERCSmart and OEM platforms REACH compliance VOC and PFAS disclosures Keep our documentation and reporting systems sharp, accurate, and audit-ready. Partner with engineering, marketing, and product development to make compliance a competitive advantage. Stay ahead of new regulations and help us adapt proactively. Assist with Safety Data Sheets (SDS) creation and label reviews. What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Regulatory Affairs, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years in regulatory compliance/reporting. BONUS -Familiarity with REACH, EPR, VOC, PFAS. BONUS- Proficiency with WERCSmart, Assent, iFord (a plus). Sharp eye for detail, organized, and unshakable under deadlines.
