Position Summary SENTA Partners is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Healthcare Talent Sourcer to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA. This role is pivotal in sourcing top-tier talent for our network of ENT Physicians, Allergy Physicians, and Audiologists. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining and updating job postings across various career sites and job boards, fostering partnerships with medical residency and fellowship programs, and providing essential administrative support to the broader Talent Acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional patient care through a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. This position is an in-office position in our Support Services Center in the Atlanta/Sandy Springs location. This role is critical to SENTA's overall success in achieving its vision of becoming the industry leading organization for ENT & Allergy physicians. Key Responsibilities
Proactively source, engage, and nurture qualified clinician candidates, including Otolaryngologists (ENT), Allergists, and Audiologists. Occasionally support sourcing and screening for non-clinical roles (e.g., LPNs, MAs) as needed. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, professional networks, and partnerships with medical institutions. Coordinate with program directors and career services to share job opportunities and engage with potential candidates. Build strong relationships with medical residency and fellowship programs to support current and future hiring needs. Create, update, and manage job postings on relevant career sites and job boards; ensuring alignment with SENTA's employer brand. Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including job board performance, advertising effectiveness, candidate response rates (e.g., email opens, clicks), and source-of-hire data to inform and optimize sourcing strategies. Contribute to recruitment marketing by developing engaging content and campaigns for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn); collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance employer brand visibility and drive candidate engagement. Represent SENTA Partners at career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities. Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including scheduling, event coordination, and maintaining candidate documentation within CRM/ATS. Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers to understand staffing priorities and develop recruitment strategies. Support continuous improvement by documenting recruitment workflows, identifying process inefficiencies, and assisting with the development of process maps and standard operating procedures.
