The Position As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Veracyte, you will play a critical role in supporting our Talent Acquisition team to deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience. Youll be the operational backbone of our recruiting process, ensuring that every stepfrom opening a role to onboarding a new hireis executed with precision, care, and a commitment to excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about transforming cancer care through talent. This is a temporary assignment until the end of 2025. Responsibilities
Requisition Management: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to open new requisitions in Greenhouse, ensuring accurate and timely data entry. Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews across multiple time zones, maintaining clear communication with candidates and internal stakeholders. Background Checks: Follow up with candidates and third-party vendors to ensure timely completion of background checks. Offer Letters: Draft, manage the approval process and distribute offer letters in alignment with company policies and compensation guidelines. Onboarding Support: Prepare onboarding notices and collaborate with HR Shared Services to ensure a smooth Day 1 experience for candidates and hiring managers. Compliance & Documentation: Create and maintain employee files in accordance with compliance and data privacy standards. Contingent Workforce Management: Manage contingent worker onboarding, tracking, and offboarding processes. Sourcing Support: Assist with sourcing candidates for open positions using AI, LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools. Reporting & Analytics: Maintain recruiting dashboards and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Design Greenhouse Reports for Talent Acquisition KPIs and leadership. System Administration: Manage user access within Greenhouse, including adding new users and updating permissions as needed to ensure system integrity and compliance. Contracts Management: Enter and track workflow of contracts in the Ironclad approval system for routing and compliance Process Improvement: Proactively explore and implement advanced processes including but not limited to Greenhouse featuressuch as interview kits, automated workflows, and reporting dashboardsto streamline recruiting operations and enhance team efficiency. Candidate Experience: Support employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement efforts. Required Qualifications
13 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a related administrative role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse strongly preferred) and scheduling tools (Outlook, MS Teams, Excel, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments. A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a biotech, life sciences, or healthcare environment preferred but not required. Familiarity with background check platforms and HRIS systems. Exposure to contingent workforce management. Basic sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms. Understanding of compliance and confidentiality in HR practices. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, education, and industry. Base pay is one part of the Total Package and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units. Pay range:
