LHH is seeking a part-time Accounting Clerk to work with a well-established Professional Services firm in Richmond, VA, on a contract to hire basis. This position is 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Candidates who can only work evenings or weekends will not be considered. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable and will have prior experience with processing Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable. Key Responsibilities: Process vendor invoices and prepare payments

Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions

Assist with client billing and payment posting

Maintain accurate records and filing systems

Support the finance team with additional accounting duties as needed

Qualifications: Prior experience in accounts payable and/or receivable preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
