We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources (HR) Generalist to support our team on human resource matters and throughout the full-cycle interview process. This role involves recruitment and hiring, employee relations and performance management, benefits and compensation administration, training and development, and ensuring legal and policy compliance across the employee lifecycle. The HR Generalist will work closely with our office team and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the recruiting process and interviews.
Oversight of all office staff and caregiver paperwork.
Benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Employee relations and disciplinary documentation.
Requirements
Upbeat personality
Bachelor's Degree, preferred
SHRM or HRCI certification, preferred
5+ years of Human Resources experience preferred
3+ years of industry experience preferred
Strong computer skills
Strong organizational & communication skills
Ability to pass live scan fingerprint clearance (LIC 9163)
Ability to secure proof of negative TB results
