Sr. Manufacturing Operations Specialist

Bell is seeking a

Senior Manufacturing Operations Specialist

to support the

Rotors Service Center (RSC)

at our Fort Worth, TX location.

The Senior Manufacturing Operations Specialist position will play a key role in enabling Manufacturing to produce Quality Products, Safely, on time and under budget. This position will ensure that the Manufacturing Plan is well defined, executable and supports our customer needs.

This position is onsite in Fort Worth, Texas.

What you'll be doing as a Manufacturing Operations Specialist:

Material Analysis and Reporting

MRP Build Plan Prioritizations

Production Planning and Delivery Projections

Material Shortage Analysis and Root Cause Analysis

Supply Chain and Production Expedites

Manufacturing Production Order Creation

Master Data Analysis and Recommendations

Inventory Analysis and Recommendations

Qualifications

Skills You Bring to This Role:

APICS, CPIM, CSCP certifications, and/or DMAIC process knowledge (Six Sigma Green Belt/ Black Belt certification) may differentiate candidates.

Experience with CAMS Shop Floor module, ENOVIA, Power BI, and QlikView are also helpful in this position.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

The ability to make business decisions based on data, experience, and intuition

Ability to influence across departments and organizations

What you need to be successful:

Bachelor's Degree required.

At least 5 years of applicable experience in manufacturing, materials management, and/or production control.

Proficient MRP and inventory analytical skills.

Proficiency in SAP and all MS Office applications.
