Job Responsibilities
Reconcile multiple general ledger accounts daily (1015 GLs). Investigate and resolve credit and debit card settlement discrepancies. Prepare and post journal voucher entries (approximately 10 per day). Balance accounts and ensure timely resolution of exceptions. Validate ATM cash deliveries and reconcile to general ledger entries. Generate and distribute daily outage and statistical reports to management. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex member-related financial issues. Provide support to retail sales staff by addressing transaction-related inquiries.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, reconciliation, or a related financial role. Proven experience with high-volume general ledger reconciliation. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment. Experience in a credit union or financial institution setting - preferred.
Work Environment
The work environment is hybrid, with three days onsite and two days remote, offering flexibility in scheduling.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $28.84/hr.
