Salaried Partner – Employee Defection & Trade Secrets | Multiple Locations Locations: Los Angeles, Irvine, New Jersey, New York Our client, a highly respected national law firm, is seeking a Salaried Partner to join its Employee Defection and Trade Secrets Group. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned litigator with a portable book of business between $400K–$800K to take on immediate firm-driven matters, while continuing to grow their individual practice within a collaborative, high-caliber team. Trade Secrets Protection and Misappropriation

Temporary Restraining Orders (TROs)

Preliminary Injunctions

Expedited Discovery

Computer Forensics Strategy and Coordination

First-Chair Trial Experience

Role Highlights: Join a nationally recognized Trade Secrets and Employee Defection practice

Inherit and support active firm matters upon joining

Work alongside litigators and subject matter experts focused on high-stakes, fast-moving cases

Represent clients in urgent and complex employment disputes, often involving restrictive covenants, confidentiality agreements, and unfair competition claims

Serve as lead counsel in court proceedings, from TRO hearings to trial

Qualifications: Portable book of business between $400K and $800K

Strong background in trade secrets, restrictive covenants, and employee mobility litigation

Extensive experience with Temporary Restraining Orders (TROs), injunctions, and emergency litigation procedures

Experience managing computer forensic investigations in litigation contexts

Demonstrated first-chair trial experience in relevant cases

Active bar membership in the state corresponding to one of the listed office locations
