ProSidian Seeks a Foreign Aid / Technical Assistance Grants Consultant (GMA1) [Key Personnel | Program Manager - Exempt 874-1 Consultant] located: CONUS/OCONUS - Washington, DC [Remote - with focus on MCA's in Senegal | Mozambique | Morocco | Cote d'Ivoire | Kosovo | Lesotho | Indonesia | and Zambia] to provide Foreign Aid / Foreign Technical Assistance Sector related Management And Operations Solutions for Grants Management Consulting Services on behalf of The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC). JOB OVERVIEW Provide Foreign Aid / Foreign Technical Assistance Sector-related Management And Operations Solutions for Grants Management Consulting Services on behalf of The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC). The overall focus is enhancing the mission to provide services, support, and technical assistance for building and strengthening institutions that promote economic growth, open markets, and increased living standards in select countries. TARGET COUNTRIES FOR WORK PROGRAM: Multiple countries, including but not limited to Senegal, Mozambique, Morocco, Cote d'Ivoire, Kosovo, Lesotho, Indonesia, and Zambia. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Review the PGG to incorporate best practices in grant making and other assistance instruments in the marketplace, comparing it with international donors such as USAID and World Bank, and assist with updating the PGG as required. Assist leadership in developing grants management policies and operating guidelines, including conducting research. Assist leadership in ensuring compliance with MCC and government-wide administrative requirements, policies, regulations, and statutes. Provide strategic advice and hands-on support to members of the PAA Practice Group on all matters related to grants issued under a Compact or Threshold program. Develop and conduct Grant training for Millennium Challenge Accounts (MCAs) and their grantees. Develop tools and templates for the Grants Toolkit. Perform any other Grants related activity as instructed by the COR/PM DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and 5 years of Grant-related experience. Or a Master's degree from an accredited university and 3 years of Grant-related experience. Grant-Related Experience: Demonstrated experience implementing or managing multi-million-dollar Grant Programs in developing countries, working with organizations such as USAID, the U.S. Department of State, other U.S. Government agencies, private foundations, or other donor agencies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated experience in writing and editing documents, such as guidance documents, procedures, or policies. SKILLS REQUIRED Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail. Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. U.S. Citizenship Required - You must be a United States Citizen Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)
