We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable
Full
-Time HR Assistant
to support our Human Resources team with reporting, compliance, and payroll functions. This position plays an important role in ensuring accurate records, meeting compliance requirements, and assisting with payroll processing. Hours are flexible, but additional availability may be required during payroll cycles.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare, maintain, and distribute HR-related material (reports, turnover, compliance, etc.). Assist with HR compliance tasks, including recordkeeping, audits, and ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations. Support payroll processing through
ADP , including data entry, verification of employee hours, and responding to payroll-related questions. Maintain benefits and employee information through
ADP &
Employee Navigator , ensuring accuracy and compliance. Maintain employee files and HR databases with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality Qualifications:
Previous HR or payroll experience preferred, but not required. Familiarity with
ADP
payroll and/or
Employee Navigator
benefits platform is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and reporting. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to changing needs during payroll weeks. Work Schedule:
Hours of the corporate office are M-F 8:30am-5:30pm. Must be able to work all hours of operation. Closed on major holidays. Full-time, approximately
35-40
hours per week Attendance is important and additional hours may be required during payroll processing periods (semimonthly).
