Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute HR-related material (reports, turnover, compliance, etc.).
- Assist with HR compliance tasks, including recordkeeping, audits, and ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations.
- Support payroll processing through ADP, including data entry, verification of employee hours, and responding to payroll-related questions.
- Maintain benefits and employee information through ADP & Employee Navigator, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain employee files and HR databases with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Requirements
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Full-Time HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team with reporting, compliance, and payroll functions. This position plays an important role in ensuring accurate records, meeting compliance requirements, and assisting with payroll processing. Hours are flexible, but additional availability may be required during payroll cycles.
