Job Posting Duties include providing clerical support such as data entry; answering the telephone; greeting visitors; creating and proofreading original documents and correspondence; and using discretion while providing secretarial and clerical support in the handling of confidential matters. Additional duties include, creating, reviewing, and publishing reports, charts, graphs, and analysis illustrating departmental performance, demands, and statistics; and coordinating and facilitating departmental ceremonies and eventsas necessary. A high school diploma or equivalent and two years of relevant experience required. Must have a high level of proficiency using computers and Microsoft Excel. Advance knowledge of Adobe Suite, Publisher, Acrobat, and Editor preferred. Hours will vary and may at times include evenings and weekends with the possibility of travel.
