We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy

Temporary Data Entry Specialist

to support our client's marketing and project management operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using

Robohead

or

Workzone , and a strong ability to manage and input data accurately across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities: Enter, update, and maintain project data in Robohead or Workzone. Assist with tracking timelines, deliverables, and resource assignments. Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with internal teams to gather and verify information. Generate reports and summaries as needed for project leads. Support administrative tasks such as file organization and documentation. Qualifications: Proven experience with

Robohead

or

Workzone

(required). 1+ years of data entry or administrative support experience. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Pay:

$18-$24/hour depending on experience and tool proficiency.

Pay Details:

$18.00 to $24.00 per hour
