Overview

Real Chemistry is looking for a driven Service Desk Analyst to join our NYC office. The role offers an opportunity to grow in Information Technology for a global company and will work closely with the IT Team and Team Lead for the region, following directions from IT leadership globally. This onsite role requires some travel to NJ and Boston offices. Responsibilities

Maintain ticketing and inventory systems that support end users. Help, guide and mentor staff, passing down skillsets and performing training. Support and enforce security, policies, and procedures. Support and follow IT Asset Management processes and procedures. Onboard and offboard end users along with onboarding training as required. Maintain knowledge of current technology, equipment, services, and standards for IT. Respond to telephone calls, emails, support tickets, or in-person requests for technical support. Provide remote and onsite support, including walk-ups, service desk, chat, and phone, and assist with meeting room setups for internal and client meetings and town halls. Set up and support conference rooms using apps and technology (e.g., Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Logitech Meet Up). Role-specific Requirements

Onsite in the New York Office. Experience working onsite within an IT team across a range of staff and leadership levels. On-site IT/Desk Side Support and ability to support globally when needed. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple support channels and priorities. Required Skills and Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in a Service Desk role. Completed IT practitioner courses/certifications or equivalent experience. Comfortable with AI technologies (e.g., Microsoft Copilot). 1st and 2nd line support experience. Strong technical knowledge paired with excellent customer service and ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent issues and to maintain and grow knowledge bases. Team player with the ability to work independently and under tight deadlines. Experience with the following technologies/products: Apple macOS, Windows 11, iOS, Android, Microsoft Active Directory services / Azure / Intune, Office 365, Box/Dropbox/Google Drive/OneDrive, SSO (Okta), conference room tech (Zoom, Teams), global service desk experience, IT Asset Management, and helpdesk/service desk systems (Freshservice, ServiceNow). Advantageous: CompTIA A+/N+/S+, Microsoft MD-100/101/102, Azure Fundamentals AZ-900, JAMF 100/200/300. Pay
