Client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Planning and Admin Support Specialist to join the B2B Team. This role supports service planning, project documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance B2B customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities
Assist in preparing reports for senior leadership and Global HQ in Korea Provide project support including documentation, report generation, PowerPoint creation, and meeting recaps Collaborate across departments to support B2B customer satisfaction initiatives Contribute to the development and improvement of B2B service processes Support strategic planning and execution of team goals Must-Have Skills
Expert-level Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Strong summarization and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication Project and program management experience Ability to build effective relationships across all organizational levels Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong Proficiency in English & Korean Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting global teams or executive-level reporting Familiarity with B2B service operations or customer care environments Strategic mindset with a collaborative approach
